"Update: 1 Star/5 4/ 9/2026 We had reached out to Nick through email 9/18/24 for clarification of the declaration page and 4/19/25 to see if our coverage got underwritten but never got an answer back. I also called but never got a reply. Life can be hectic and you realize that it’s time to renew your insurance. So I actually called the office in 2/20/26 and left a message with the secretary for him to call me back. Once he called back we found out that our money was just for “a 3 month coverage”and that he had “let us know” by email that we were not covered. I checked all my emails and we never received any communications by email or text from him or his office. Can you imagine my surprise and horror? He said he could help us, but on 2/25/25 he said he couldn’t help us since we have an LLC. Nothing about us has changed since we talked in 9/2025. This is distinctly different from what I read online from State Farm. But I prefer to work with someone who wants to work with me. Thankfully, he handed me off to another gentleman from a different insurance company. ———— 9/2024 5Star/5 Nick, who is a representative there, has been friendly, informative, and accommodating to our needs. He found a plan that worked for us that other insurance companies couldn’t. We are very happy to be working with him."
