"6 months previously from today I received a call from Kyra Cross regarding auto insurance…the rate was high at that time but I said to keep me in mind when it’s time to renew just from the personality I received from her at that time. Sure enough the 6 months came & I searched through my messages just to find her contact info to try to sign up with her & when I say the experience was 10/10 this girl is such a caring & personable person I was filled with joy when I signed up with her. Normally most people aren’t happy to go through the process of finding good auto insurance but with her she made it amazing!! "So far I've had a great experience with State Farm. This is largely due to my interactions with Kenzee who has been so incredibly helpful, informative, friendly, and personable. It's nice to work with someone who doesn't treat you like just another customer, but as a human being and even like a friend.
