"We have had car and homeowners insurance with USAA for a long time, but the car insurance rates were very high. Kyra from State Farm called us and got us a car insurance rate that was less than half of USAA’s rate. We are a family of 4 living in Colorado Springs. "Home and Auto Insurance is expensive. After 2 months with State Farm the experience has gone horribly bad. The customer service at the agency cannot answer questions and rarely follows back up questions. Any change to a policy as simple as adding a spouse to the policy goes through a lengthy underwriting process. State Farm doesn’t allow adding an additional interest to landlord policies for rental under a LLC on one policy but allows it on another. The agency doesn’t seem to have standards or follow in a standard practice. Nothing but buyers remorse after 60 days with this agency and State Farm. This has been insurance with drama and too much effort."
